Our Gold support package offers vital support for companies who rely extensively on their computer for the day to day running of their business.

With our maximum 4 hour response time to support incidents (twice as fast as Silver support), we aim to have you back working by the next business day, many problems resolved even sooner.

We offer our Gold support customers both remote and onsite support depending on the need. Remote support is in 15 minute units, onsite is based on 30 minute units. Due to the different nature of our twin approach to your support, if we can resolve your problem without visiting your site we will. This decreases our response time, decreases the cost to you (as there is no travelling cost) and increases your productivity (by returning you to your functional state quicker).
